The world’s most exciting racing on water returns to Bathers Bay for the Oracle Perth Sail Grand
Prix, Presented by KPMG, Australia’s standalone SailGP event, on 20–21 February 2027.

Following a spectacular debut in Western Australia, SailGP returns to Fremantle for another weekend of high-speed, high-stakes racing. Last year’s sold-out event saw 15,000 fans pack the shoreline for a dramatic Podium Final, where Emirates GBR denied Australia’s BONDS Flying Roos victory on home waters.

Set against the iconic backdrop of Bathers Bay and powered by the legendary Fremantle Doctor, Perth provides the ultimate stadium conditions for SailGP’s cutting-edge F50 catamarans as they reach speeds up to 100 km/h.

Can the BONDS Flying Roos claim victory on home waters in 2027? The three-time SailGP champions will be back on the start line, led by driver Tom Slingsby and backed by global superstar co-owners Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds.

Expect edge-of-your-seat racing, intense rivalries, and an incredible summer festival atmosphere as the world’s best sailors go head-to-head in one of the fastest team sports on the planet.
